TESTING SERVICES
Psychodiagnostic, Psychoeducational, and Forensic Evaluations are typically conducted over a number of sessions. Frequency and total duration depends on the referral question and number and types of assessments administered, among other considerations. Dr. Rebecca West and client will determine and discuss details of the evaluation plan on a case-by-case basis.
COST OF TESTING
Dr. Rebecca West's fee schedule for testing services vary. Considerations include type of referral question, number of assessments administered, use of the evaluation, and duration of all evaluation services. Please contact Dr. Rebecca West to discuss your specific assessment needs and learn about cost options.
Phone consultations are billed in 15-minute increments at $40/15 minutes.

What billing information will I receive?
Services must be paid in full when services are rendered unless payment arrangements are approved. If insurance is accepted, insurance claims will be filed and any and all services not covered will be the responsibility of the patient. Coinsurance, copays, and/or deductibles are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid at time of services.
Why am I getting bills from physicians?
