West Psychological Services, PLLC SMS Messaging Program

By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS/text messages from West Psychological Services, PLLC (“WPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions.

Types of Messages

Individuals who opt in may receive text messages from West Psychological Services, PLLC related to appointments and services, including:

• Appointment reminders

• Appointment confirmations

• Scheduling and rescheduling communications

• Appointment cancellations

• Other appointment-related or service-related communications

SMS/text messaging is used for informational and administrative communications and is not intended for emergency communications.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Participation in our SMS/text messaging program is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of receiving services from West Psychological Services, PLLC. Individuals provide consent by voluntarily entering their mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting the separate SMS/text messaging consent option on our patient communication authorization form. Message frequency varies depending on appointment and scheduling activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from West Psychological Services, PLLC. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.
