West Psychological Services, PLLC offers optional SMS/text messaging for appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, paperwork reminders, and other appointment-related communications. Patients or responsible parties may opt in while completing the West Psychological Services Communication Authorization form. The individual voluntarily provides a mobile telephone number and must affirmatively select the separate SMS/Text Message Consent (Optional) option. The SMS consent option is not preselected (See below) Consent to receive SMS/text messages is optional and is not required to receive services from West Psychological Services, PLLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
